Annual Report of IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) plays a pivotal role in institutionalizing quality assurance strategies and processes within educational institutions. Its contributions are significant in ensuring continuous improvement in various aspects of the institution’s functioning. Here’s how IQAC typically operates and contributes:
- Reviewing Teaching-Learning Processes: IQAC regularly assesses the effectiveness of teaching and learning methodologies employed within the institution. This involves evaluating the relevance of curriculum, teaching methodologies, assessment techniques, and the overall learning environment.
- Assessing Structures and Methodologies of Operations: Beyond the academic realm, IQAC also scrutinizes the operational structures and methodologies within the institution. This includes administrative processes, infrastructure maintenance, resource allocation, and other operational aspects that impact the overall quality of education delivery.
- Monitoring Learning Outcomes: IQAC focuses on assessing learning outcomes to ensure that students are meeting the expected educational standards. It evaluates whether students are achieving the intended learning objectives and competencies set by the institution and regulatory bodies.

Many more initiation was employed to use IT in teaching:
- IQAC organized a meeting on introducing smart-class and Power-Point –Presentation. IQAC called a meeting with all teachers to introduce smart class and power-point-presentation. Most of the teachers were acquainted with how to handle and operate computer. Some of them were totally unknown. They were oriented with minimum knowledge and skills connected to computer application. Finally, almost all become well-acquainted with new trends of teaching learning.
- Conducting Parent-Teacher Meeting IQAC organized a meeting to persuade teachers of all departments on conducting parent-teachers meeting. Purpose of parent and teachers is one that is good education and effective learning. Hence, both should meet occasionally to discuss on the problems of students, parents and college. Complaints and suggestions of the parents are taken positively.
- The IQAC unit of the college organises various meetings in order to develop the academic environment of the college campus. Following decisions are made in IQAC meetings and implemented accordingly:
