The Department of Hindi at BN College Bhagalpur is an integral and dynamic part of the academic
landscape, dedicated to fostering excellence in the study and promotion of the Hindi language and
literature. Under the capable leadership of Dr. Divya Rani, who serves as the Head of the
Department, our commitment is to provide students with a comprehensive and enriching
educational experience.

Dr. Divya Rani, with her wealth of expertise and passion for Hindi language and literature, leads the
department in creating a conducive learning environment. Her leadership ensures that students are
encouraged to explore the diverse facets of Hindi literature, language, and culture.

The department proudly boasts a team of dedicated faculty members, including two permanent
faculty and one distinguished guest faculty. Together, they contribute to the academic and
intellectual growth of our students by imparting knowledge, fostering critical thinking, and instilling a
love for the Hindi language. The Department has two lecture halls. Recently CBCS based syllabus
started in the department, in which MJC, MIC, MDC and AEC Hindi courses are prescribed.
